I am so excited to be sharing my knowledge and insights into skincare, plus healthy and holistic lifestyle tips.

Since my teens, I have always had a passion for natural remedies and healing from within. I was brought up in an entrepreneurial environment, with my late Father having his own printing and marketing business in London, he truly was my role model. He taught me to follow my dreams, never give up, work hard and treat others as you want to be treated yourself. If my friends could sum me up, in three words, they would be caring, positive and outgoing.

At 60 years young, I have so much energy and passion for life, it’s infectious. I adore travelling, music, dancing, fitness and entertaining.

After relocating back to my homeland in 2016, I was totally burnt out, emotionally and physically, after juggling family life and running 2 businesses in Koh Samui, Thailand!

I decided to think about ME for a change and took 2 years off. Practicing yoga and meditation, Reiki and following a super food diet, I got strong and fit, and evolved into the next exciting stage of my life -the launch of Simply Skincare brand.

This follows on from our Simply Samui brand; supplying 5 star resorts, spas and retail shops worldwide. Having worked with some of the leading names in hospitality, such as Four Seasons Resorts, Six Senses Resorts, we offer a bespoke white-labelling option for brands.

We are a dedicated family run business with personalized and friendly service. We are eco- friendly and sustainable.

Manufacturing is in Bangkok, with GMP certification and FDA approval and we have recently launched our first online shop where readers of Look Local will benefit from 20% Discount on their next order by using the code: LOOK20 at the checkout. You can visit my online shop here: www.shop.simply-skincare.com

Our range of products includes Face Care, Body and Hair Care, men’s Shaving products, Hand Gel and Creams. Every product is created naturally, so natural in fact that you could eat them. Our belief is that if it’s fit for your skin, it should be equally as safe to eat too. This is why we have devoted over 15 years to finding innovative ingredients that can create incredible results, without the use of harmful chemicals.

Join me again in next months issue for tips on Rosacea.

Hello Readers,Happy New Year and welcome to the January 2022 Edition of Look Local Magazine. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and were able to be with loved ones this year after what had been another challenging year. We were incredibly lucky within our family and extended family to avoid Covid which enabled us to have a very special Christmas all together with our grandparents included. It really was a magical day and one I shall treasure for always. That’s one positive thing that has come out of the pandemic, its to be truly grateful for the little things in life because those actually mean more than gold.My biggest wish for this coming year is that the younger generations get to complete a full and uninterrupted year at School/College/University, that travel and foreign holidays continue to be an option and that by this Christmas we will all be able to enjoy the festivities without any disruptions. So as we enter another uncertain year it is more important now that ever to support all our local businesses, as many have taken a real bashing the last couple of years - myself included. We all need to do our bit to support our local community to help it rebuild and get back on its feet. There’s a wonderful selection of local businesses promoting their products and services in this edition plus we have some great articles from our regular contributors including inspiration for your garden with Mimosa design and your home with Coulon Stone. There’s also local music events to (finger crossed) look forward (see feature by Simon Markland of Thame Music Academy) to and we have a some lovely uplifting stories to read in our News & Events section. And if you’re starting a new business venture this year or you already have a business that you’re aiming to grow throughout 2022 then please do get in touch for further information on advertising rates and editorial opportunities within the magazine. I also offer a print and design service (as well as personalised gifts) through my other business, Scratch-em & Vinyl - please see feel to join my Facebook Group for examples of my work.As always, Stay safe, and continue to shop and support local...Read the January Issue here: https://issuu.com/looklocalmagazineoxonedition/docs/jan22_issue110_28pg_print....#localmagazine #localmagazineoxfordshire #whatsgoingoninoxfordshire #smallbusinesssupport #smallbusinessesinoxfordshire #advertiselocal #supportlocal #supportlocalbusiness #supportlocalbusinesses #supportsmallbusinessess #oxfordshiremagazine #looklocal #looklocalmagazineoxfordshire #looklocalmagazine ...
