Two of the best Fringe acts on the stand-up circuit are appearing at the Players Theatre, Thame on Friday 26^thJanuary. With laughter guaranteed from comedians Pierre Novellie and Phil Ellis, you couldn’t ask for more to get rid of those January blues! 

Pierre Novellie’s show, ‘Why Can’t I Just Enjoy Things?’, is observational comedy for people who think they don’t like observational comedy. The award-winning, hit-podcasting, Frank Skinner-supporting Novellie has received five-star ratings from EdFestMag.com, The Times and The Scotsman. He is also co-host of the hit podcast BudPod with Phil Wang, and has appeared on The Mash Report (BBC Two), Stand Up Central (Comedy Central) and has been heard on The Now Show (BBC Radio 4).

‘Phil Ellis’s Excellent Comedy Show’ is one of the best-reviewed shows on the Fringe, an hour of hilarious stand-up and fun, rated excellent by The Scotsman, Times, Guardian, and Chortle.co.uk.
