Therefore, these behavioural changes will have a profound transformation of habit that exceeds past the end of the pandemic and whatever happens we should all be prepared to be more flexible and find ways to reduce our internal administrative costs to running a business.
Spending less time doing laborious administrative tasks means more time selling or fulfilling orders. Resulting in more profit!
