Thame Music Academy Open Day: Thame Music Academy is pleased to announce they will be having an open morning on Sunday 2nd October from 10am – 12:30pm. The academy will be open to anyone who would like to come along to meet the tutors, take a look round our brand new premises and have the opportunity to have a go on a variety of instruments including: Piano, Guitar, Ukulele, Saxophone, Flute, Recorder, Singing, Cello and more! Thame has a variety of fantastic opportunities for budding musicians who wish to join together with other like-minded people. From bands to choirs to bell ringing! We also host a huge variety of annual musical events! Here are just a few;
Thame Chamber Choir: The choir are a vibrant mixture of adults of all ages, from many different walks of life, with a shared love of making good-quality music together. Bledfest 2016: This fantastic local event will be run at the Bledlow Cricket Club on Saturday 10th September. Bledfest
is a one day music and beer festival with a nice family emphasise. Money’s raised will go towards extending the club house and helping run the club. Entrance fee is £10 per person, accompanied under 16’s go for free! Check out their Facebook page for further info.

‘Friday At The Fish’ which takes place every second Friday of the month at The Old Fisherman, Shabbington. Check out their Facebook page for more info or just come along to play! The event runs from 7:30pm – 11pm
‘Sunday Afternoon At The Swan’ which takes place every third Sunday at The Swan Hotel in Thame town centre. Check out their Facebook page for more info or just come along to play! The event runs from 4pm – 8pm.
