Towersey Bell Ringers St. Catherine’s Towersey is a member of the Oxfordshire Diocesan Guild of Bellringers, South Oxon Branch. They are one of only a handful of 4 bell towers in the UK. They currently practise every Wednesday evening and meet in the tower at 7:30pm. This is open to anyone would like to come along and see what church bell ringing is about and there is often the chance to have a go yourself if you would like!

Thame Choral Society Singing should be fun! That’s the principle of Thame Choral Society, a group of 30 to 40 mixed-voice singers who perform a wide range of choral music from renaissance and baroque to

the present day. Formed in 1960 by Geoffrey Chaplin, then headmaster of the newly-opened Wenman School, it is Thame’s longest running-choral group. The non – audition choir is welcoming and friendly and invites anyone wishing to find out more to come to one of their Wednesday evening rehearsals in Haddenham.
