Saturday 26th August 2017 – Free entry
Now in its ninth year, the Chinnor Summer Beer Festival brings local people together for a wonderful afternoon of top quality local English ales and ciders, great food and awesome live music. Entry is free and this year’s festival takes place from midday to around 7 p.m. on Saturday 26th August at White’s Field on Mill Lane in Chinnor.
Steve Bird, Chairman of the Chinnor Beer Festival, said,
“The Festival is a much-loved fixture in Chinnor’s social calendar. We hope everyone will come along and enjoy this fantastic, free day out, and also hope everyone will make a contribution to the youth of the village by buying a few drinks and some food.”
The “Tiki” bar is back
Having now become an unmissable attraction, the “Tiki” cocktail bar will be back, offering a range of exotic cocktails to complement the traditional ales, ciders, lagers, wines and Pimm’s.
More than £31,000 distributed to the youth of Chinnor
Over the years, Chinnor Beer Festival has distributed more than £31,000 to youth organisations and young people. Local schools, school associations, sports clubs, scouts and guides groups and youth clubs, as well as aspiring local youth athletes and musicians, and young people undertaking volunteer projects have all benefited.
