Forever Banana Muffins


  • 2 scoops Forever Lite Ultra
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 165g egg whites
  • 165g whole wheat flour
  • 110g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C
  2. Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
  3. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and divide the mixture evenly into the tin.
  4. Bake for 10-15mins or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
